Everything you need to know about our pricing plans
A message is any communication in your chatbot conversation. This includes both user messages (questions, greetings, etc.) and AI responses. Both count toward your monthly message limit.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and reset your message quota. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing cycle and will archive excess websites/feeds. You can also cancel immediately to move to the free plan.
If you exceed your monthly message limit, your chatbot widget will be silently hidden from your website visitors. We'll send you an email notification when this happens. Upgrading your plan will immediately reset your message quota and restore the widget.
When you downgrade, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You continue using your current plan until then. At the end of the period, excess websites and feeds will be archived (not deleted) and your plan limits will be updated. Your message quota continues from your current plan.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can also cancel immediately to move to the free plan right away.
